How the Filtra4 System Works
With FILTRA4 system, metallic swarf and chips are collected in phase 1 by settling and are dragged out. Metallic sludges floating in the emulsion (calamine, metallic powder, etc..) are compacted by the coalescers and collected to be extracted by the dredge. Non-soluble oils (oils from the material, hydraulic oil leakages, etc) are collected from the liquid surface by an oil-attracting drum.
Unmatched Performance and Efficiency
Filtered emulsion volume is constantly controlled and refilled to the appropriate working and mix levels.
The filtration values obtained with filtra4 are unmatched by other systems: filtration capacity of less than 5ppm for particles of 20 μ, and less than 25 ppm for particles of 5μ.
All this is achieved in a system that reduces maintenance and the use of consumables to practically zero, and in which the only waste generated is that of the production process itself: saturated sludge and oils.
